We have many warehouses in various countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
Generally, All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days and arrive within 16-25 business days.
In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you wait more than 25 business days, please send us an email to sales@mokeruonline.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order or send you a new one.
